Employees were given the opportunity to nominate and vote on worthy causes, with the top-voted initiatives receiving a share of the company’s €125,000 annual donation.

The top recipient of the 2024 donations was a collection of Ukrainian aid organizations, including Power Up, Blågula Bilen, Hospitallers, Come Back Alive, and Safe & Smart. These organizations are providing vital support to Ukraine in the face of ongoing conflict.
Other notable recipients included organizations dedicated to cancer research and combating child abuse. This demonstrates the diverse range of causes supported by Paf’s employee-driven initiative.

Paf has a long-standing history of social responsibility. The company has donated over €447 million to various charitable causes since its inception in 1966. In 2024 alone, Paf distributed €31.4 million to support community initiatives.
