Liquor & Gaming NSW (L&GNSW) has initiated a comprehensive compliance operation to prevent underage gambling and alcohol consumption at casinos during the festive season. This initiative aims to safeguard minors and uphold the state’s strict regulatory standards.

Zero Tolerance for Underage Gambling

Minors caught violating these regulations face severe consequences, including hefty fines of up to AU$4,400, forfeiture of gambling winnings, and bans from casinos until they reach the legal age of 18.
